Special Winter Vacation 2020 RF Schedule
*Please note Research Facilities will be closed for winter vacation Thursday, December 24, 2020 through and including Tuesday, January 5, 2021. For urgent laboratory matters (freezer alarms, water leaks, threat to equipment or facility) someone will be on-call 24/7: contact the RF emergency pager and enter your 10-digit phone number after the tone.: 215-306-1422. For all other laboratory support issues during this time please open a Research Facility Helpdesk request and we will respond as soon as possible according to priority.

Thanksgiving 2020 RF schedule:
Research Facilities will be closed for Thanksgiving, Thursday and Friday, November 26/27 . For urgent laboratory matters (freezer alarms, water leaks, threat to equipment or facility) someone will be on-call 24/7: contact the RF emergency pager: 215-306-1422 and enter your 10-digit phone number after the tone. For all other laboratory support issues during this time please open a Research Facility Helpdesk request and we will respond as soon as possible according to priority.

Covid-19 Fall Phase schedule:

• RF Staff available onsite Mon-Friday 8am-4:30pm
  
• Please direct all Facility and Lab Support needs to the RF Helpdesk
  
• Special projects may be accommodated other hours with approved scheduling depending on staff availability
